He's been accused by Taylor Swift for snatching her a** while posing for a photo backstage at a 2013 show.

What's more, on Tuesday David Mueller, who was terminated from his Denver blue grass music station DJ gig taking after the occurrence, stood up surprisingly on a Detroit radio station to demand he did nothing wrong.

I've never had my day in court. I've never been inappropriate with a woman in my life,' he told WKQI 95.5FM's Mojo In The Morning. 'I want my reputation back.'

A representative for Swift said at the time that the star had nothing to do with the radio station's choice to release Mueller. 'The radio station was given evidence immediately after the incident. They made their independent decision,' the rep added.

Mueller recorded a claim to demonstrate his innocence and Swift countersued.

The singer, 26, expressed in her testimony that Mueller 'reached up under my skirt and grabbed my a** right when I was having to pose for a photo.'

At the point when Mueller's lawyer squeezed Taylor on what precisely the photograph appears, she said: 'It's impossible to know if that was in the moment before or as he's grabbed on, but I was there, so I felt it, so I didn't just see it in a photo afterward.'

The said picture, which the pop superstar depicted as the smoking gun, was fixed by a judge at her demand.

However, recently the picture was released on the web and distributed by TMZ.

The snap demonstrates Mueller and his sweetheart standing either side of Swift.

The artist is standing near the blonde sweetheart practically touching heads as they incline towards each other while Mueller is on her opposite side slightly further away. His hand is situated behind the skirt of Swift's dark smaller than usual dress.

'I was just trying to get my right hand around Taylor,' the former DJ said during Tuesday's radio interview.

'I've got my hand closed and my palm down and I reach behind, toward Taylor,' he said. 'Our hands touched and our arms crossed.'

Whenever pressed, he demanded: 'My hand was never under her skirt. I never grabbed her.'

Mueller said Swift's manager, bodyguard and a personal assistant were there at the time of the alleged incident.

It wasn't until 20 minutes after the fact that security came and requested him to leave the concert venue.

In an affidavit he gave as a major aspect of the lawful procedures, the singer's security monitor Greg Dent asserted he saw Mueller acting improperly before the photographer took the snap.

'Well, before the photo was taken is when I saw him go to put his arm around her and him lift up her skirt. She reacted, pushed her skirt down, and jumped to the side and went closer to the girl that was with him,' Dent expressed.
